Information for Authors
Submission Overview
JAIM invites original contributions from clinical medicine, engineering/computer science, and industry. We seek to bridge the gap between technical innovation and clinical reality. We welcome submissions from academic researchers, hospital systems, and private sector innovators.
Publication Options & Fees
JAIM operates as a hybrid journal, offering authors two pathways for publication:
- Standard Publication: No cost to authors. Accepted articles are available to journal subscribers. There are no submission fees for any manuscript.
- Open Access: Authors may choose to make their article immediately freely accessible to the public upon payment of an Article Processing Charge (APC). This option is widely preferred by authors with grant funding mandates.
*Open Access fees apply only upon acceptance and if the Open Access option is selected.
