To help us process your manuscript, please confirm whether you choose Standard (Subscription) or Open Access publication:"I confirm that I am submitting this manuscript for peer review. I understand there is no fee to submit, and if accepted, I choose [Standard Publication / Open Access (APC: $950)]."
